“I”is for Italy

Waving Italian Flag

  Italy is my second homeland. Although I am an American by birth, I spent most of my adult life in Italy; to tell the truth, I lived more than half my life in that beautiful country. Today, I would like to dedicate the letter ”I” to giving a pictorial view to several of my favorite parts of Italy.

      I have so many pictures of Italy--it truly is "Il Bel Paese" (the beautiful country). If you ever make it there, you will love it, whether you're into art, nature, music, architecture, history, FOOD--it's ALL there. And the people are SOOOOO alive.

    That was great, Mary and I love Italy! We were there in 1990 and are going back, (briefly - most time will be spent in Greece), this Sept.
